The elephant man is a movie directed by David Lynch, who is know for his comedy. The movie was creepy at first me taking the first look at John Merrick but i began to feel compassion towards John Merrick. I felt that i was beginning to feel sad about what they have done to John Merrick. I think the movie was great i give it a thumps up because its a great movie with a great conflict. This movie came out in 1980 but the setting of the movie takes place in 1884. This movie symbolizes christ as an ugly person. That makes you want to question yourself if your good or bad. The moment the doctor, Dr. Frederick Treves, realizes that he begins to stress out in the fact of whether he is good or bad. The movie in my opinion is really good because in the story John Merrick has the worst life to live he is as animal to others, but he is always happy for some reason. he never lets any one get to him. So to finish off the reason this movie is good because there is a moral to learn in the movie.

My Name is John Merrick.......
Dear Diary,
I was always being showed. I don't like being showed to the people. Its like I'm some kind of animal. I think they watch me because they get a joy from watching something as ugly as me. They get satisfaction from watching a deformed man like me. But this Weird man wanted a private show. It was weird at first. Mr. Bytes was being his usual self. Giving me orders, i had no choice but to follow his orders. Byte's son was always looking scared. I think Mr. Bytes beat him as well as him beating me. But the weird man whose name was Dr. Frederick Treves. After a while the doctor visited again after Mr. Bytes beat me. Dr. Treves took me in the London Hospital. I was beginning to like it because of the hospitality. But i was taken into a room full of doctors. I was unveiled in front of them. i felt like i was back at the carnival. But after that day i was so happy because i got my own room. I was beginning to feel like the normal ones.

Review of Modern Times
Review of Modern
Times
Modern
Times were made in 1936. It was written, directed, produced, and edited
by Charlie Chaplin. Charlie was a world- known star for being a comedian. This
movie is about how the workers in the factory are represented as sheep. They
follow orders eat when they are told to eat or when they have break. They have
no voice in anything and they are being watched 24/7. There is a lot of funny
unusual things happening in this particular movie. He gives everyone message by
saying be happy. What ever happens be happy. The movie was depressing at first
to show the Great Depression. With the job decrease and the economy being so
low.
Welcome to My Nightmare
Welcome to My Nightmare..... Bwahahahaha
Fear is something that can limit your potential. Everyone has a fear or phobia. But its when we overcome them thats when it means something. My worst fear was driving by myself. This was my biggest fear. Driving was my biggest fear because of all the things I hear about driving. When ever someone brings up the topic of driving in a conversation. I just wont say anything about it. This was my biggest fear until my dad showed me the basics of driving. But there was still something about driving that made me sick to my stomach. But my dad wanted me to drive , so I was stuck with a situation of sink or swim. I brought up all my confidence and i drove with out a single thing holding back. My dad was so proud. That was my biggest fear until i over came it. So when i thing back to that moment i know i will be ready to drive all by myself.
The Future
The
Future
The
future in 100 years there is going to be a lot of different stuff you can do.
Like visit Uranus or Saturn. This will be like a special hotel for people that
can afford it. The people that can afford it will be able to fly up there. But
there is going to be a deep underground poor society. The poorer you are the
more deeper you go. The middle class will live on the ground floor. Rich people
will be able to live on clouds. We will be able to see Aliens with a special
microscope. The government will hold the Aliens in an alien reservation. There
will be cures for cancer but new disease will come from the underground people.
There will be new types of transportation. There will be a teleportation device
that will take you anywhere you have visited. In the future all the states will
be disconnected. There will only be islands.
Compassionate Science
Compassionate
Science
Me as a person doesn't have
what it takes to be a Mike Ebeling. I lack in resources and support. Science
and technology is a way for good and evil. The way you use it determines what
kind person you are. Compassionate science is for the scientists that feel like
they need to change the world. To be a compassionate scientist you need to be
self-less and considerate. People don't really pursue this type of science
because there is not a lot of pay. They must be willing to put in the effort,
and at the end of the day expect no reward, but the satisfaction of someone you
helped. So we should focus on life saving sciences not general science.
